When do we contact JLE?
As soon as you have signed your building contract. It is best to see a lighting specialist first. They will help you mark up a plan with types of light fittings and switch positions. You can mark up a separate plan with power points, television, telephone, air conditioners, pool circuits etc. We can then meet to finalize or you can send your plans to us and we can work out any variations. A variation price and a copy of the plans will be sent to you to sign and return to us. The signed plans will be used to carry out the electrical installation.

What are we paying for?
All variations will be the difference between your builder’s allowances and what is marked up on your final plans.

When do you pay?
JLE will invoice you for the variations only – 60% payable immediately and 40% at the time of fit-off.
